I gifted the Mr a Nutribullet this past Valentine’s Day. Every time we went into Target, he expressed his interest in getting one. I would side-eye him every time telling him NO, he doesn’t need one since I already have a Breville Juicer. Target is the devil anyway. After seeing posts of delicious looking smoothies being posted by my friends on Facebook, I decided I would finally get him his new toy, but low key it was really for me lol.
Can I tell y’all that I LOVE the Nutribullet, BETTER than my expensive Juicer?? The juicer was a hassle to clean up after every time juiced. I have a very busy life, so the last thing I wanted to do was clean all the parts to a juicer…every time I juiced -_-
The Nutribullet came with a bunch of different recipes, but you know how men are, they just want to throw the directions away and do it themselves. So that’s what he did. We started to experiment with different ingredients until we found ones we liked. The four listed here are our favorites. You can replace the water with juice or coconut water and skip the honey or add whatever else you like. I drink one of these every morning along with some protein (like egg whites, or nuts) and I’m good to go!
Here are the recipes. You may or may not like them, so just experiment and find out what works for you. And YASSS it’s also a printable!
Stick this baby on your fridge so you’ll have it whenever you need to make a smoothie on the go! Click the image to download!
I do need to lose like 15-20 pounds but I am just doing this for my overall health and it’s a quick easy breakfast.
Do you have a Nutribullet? What steps are you taking to have a more healthy lifestyle? What are you doing to gear up for summer?
